REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Poor refund policies can be frustrating, making you feel as though the company is trying to take advantage of you.
We aim to ensure our customers never feel this way, so our refund policy is straightforward. If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, please reach out to us at (customerservice@square- fish.co.uk), and we will assist you.
We regret that you are returning an item, but rest assured, we at square fish returns will support you in every possible way!
RETURN
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, you can return the product to us, and we will either repair or replace it.
You are eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below. You can return all items except for customized items, which are not eligible for a refund. However, if your garment does not fit, we will exchange it for a different size.
You must always ship back the items by adhering to the shipping instructions: Please contact customerservice.square-fish.co.uk, and one of our friendly team members will assist you with your return.
REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 10 days of your purchase.
If the product is damaged or spoiled, or if you initiate a return after 10 days, you will not qualify for a refund.
To ensure the product is eligible for a refund, please meet the following conditions:
- You must return the product in its original packaging.
- You must not have used or damaged the product.
- The product must include original tags (if applicable)
You can only exchange customized items, but some items are non-refundable.
